REAL ESTATE
Sirius Real Estate Limited (LSE:SRE; JSE:SRE) has completed the acquisition of two UK light industrial assets for £31 million. The acquisitions – one in Banbury (Oxfordshire) and the other in Wembley (north-west London) – will add more than 492,000 sq ft of light industrial space to the Group’s UK portfolio.
